Peak Physical Therapy was founded in 1999. Peak Physical Therapy’s mission as health care specialists is to see that everyone has the opportunity to receive excellent, highly personalized physical therapy care, regardless of their insurance, injury condition, or financial situation. Each patient should be well educated not only in how to resolve their pain, but how to prevent their condition from ever reoccurring; allowing them to confidently return to any and all activity without concern. Peak accepts almost all medical insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare. We also offer a cash pay program for our patients who are not insured.

Our Idaho clinics are located in Boise, Eagle, Emmett, Middleton and Mountain Home. Our Colorado clinic is located in Colorado Springs.
